Have you ever had an experience where you got so excited and worked up, to only have your plans go kaput?
Sure, we all have…
Most often, we go ahead an conceptualize the way we expect things will play out …… the way the conversation is supposed to go…. the way the scenes are surely to unfold……….. and then God has His way, His divine way.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
– Jeremiah 29:11
Believe it or not, even though we may think that our plans are exactly what should happen, the fact is they really may not be the best for us.
We have an assurance that no matter how many times we may be disappointed when God’s plan doesn’t align with our will, ultimately His plan will always lead us to greater glories.
Our Heavenly Father wants to bless us, however, He will not bless us with something if it is not His will.
If it is not the right timing for the blessing.
If He has something better in store for us.
Never doubt the fact that there is a reason for your pain. The most important thing is that we seek the Father, and He will help is to understand the reasoning behind it.
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
– Proverbs 3:5-6
Moment by Moment, Ask God to align your will with His divine will, and ask for the grace to see the good in every disappointment.
